(In honor of my high school biology teacher, I will be doing many “halftime” blogs, which is basically a time out from the serious stuff.  Every day in the middle of class, he would take a time out to tell us a cool story, or do something funny like cram 6 golf balls into his mouth.  Not everything has to be all serious all the time…)
